Jeffrey B. Richardson, M.D.
Dr. Jeff Richardson is a native of Elizabethtown, Kentucky and a graduate of Elizabethtown High School and Georgetown College. He earned his medical degree at the University of Louisville School of Medicine where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honorary society. After medical school, Dr. Richardson completed a one year internship in Internal Medicine and a three year residency in Dermatology both at the University of Louisville. Dr. Richardson remains affiliated with the University in his capacity as an Associate Clinical Professor in the Division of Dermatology. He teaches dermatology residents and medical students on a part-time basis.
Dr. Richardson is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Richardson returned to Elizabethtown in 1991 and opened his solo private practice of dermatology. He was joined by Dr. Chad Brown in 2004 and the practice was renamed DermSpecialists.
Dr. Richardson resides in Elizabethtown with his wife, Mitzi. His interests outside of medicine include bicycling, scuba diving, travel, music, film and reading. |

Chad A. Brown, M.D.
Dr. Chad Brown is a native of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. His undergraduate degree was obtained at Georgetown College in Georgetown, Kentucky. Dr. Brown earned his medical degree at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, where he graduated with high distinction and as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. He completed a one-year internship in internal medicine-pediatrics and a year of research at the
University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Dr. Brown then completed a three-year residency in dermatology at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, serving as chief resident during his last year of training. With a desire to return to Kentucky, he joined DermSpecialists in July of 2004. He and his wife Amy have two children.
Dr. Brown is affiliated with the University of Louisville as a member of the teaching faculty in the Division of Dermatology.
Dr. Brown is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.

Elizabeth Morton, PA-C
Elizabeth is a native of Southern California and a graduate of California Polytechnic State University. Her four year physician assistant training was completed at the University of Kentucky College of Allied Health Professions.
She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants.
Elizabeth joined DermSpecialists in 2001.
She lives in Elizabethtown with her husband, Steve and two children. |

Mary Ann Ball, PA-C
Mary Ann is a native of Pikeville, Kentucky. She graduated from Pikeville College in 1993 with a degree in biology/chemistry. She furthered her education at the University of Kentucky, graduating from the College of Allied Health with a degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 1997. She has resided in Elizabethtown since marrying in 1995 and has worked as a physician assistant in family practice, emergency medicine and urgent treatment until joining DermSpecialists in February, 2010.
Mary Ann is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants.
She lives in Cecilia with her husband Randy and their three children.
